Dead Bed Bugs On Window Sill

I have these bugs on my window sills and in my books nearby.

We have seen them flying around lamps in the evening in our basement family room. No more bed bug activity. Ask the bug doctor. We inspected the remaining rooms on the second floor.

I feel like every month or so i have to vacuum lots of these little bugs out of our window sill.

Any idea what they are and how to maybe treat for them. I live in an apartment and there were about 5 on the sill in the living room. The larvae are white legless worms that have black heads and reach 1 4 inch in. They seem to travel in somehow and i guess can t get out and eventually die inside.

In the boy s room the inspector found several dead bed bugs under the bed and more on the window sill near the foot of the bed. I have these small brownish hard shell winged bugs all over my window sill and sliding door track. If they can get into your home they will and they are probably on the window sill for the warmth. They aren t dead in most cases but i wouldn t spray them.
